By creating an account on Ocoxe Neo (“the Service”), operated by Ocoxe LLC through its Ocoxe AI division, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of Service

You may use Ocoxe Neo for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the platform to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's APIs
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Use the service to infringe on intellectual property rights

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Plans and Billing

The Free plan is available at no cost with usage limits as defined on our pricing page. The Organization plan is billed monthly at $25/month. The Education plan is free for qualifying institutions subject to approval. We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create and submit through Ocoxe Neo. By using the service, you grant Ocoxe LLC a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your conversations or prompts.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

Ocoxe Neo generates responses using third-party AI models. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it for important decisions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ocoxe LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Ocoxe LLC's place of registration. Disputes shall be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.
